AA270VAFAI – AUPARCEL Batch Load Program

This report loads parcels into AA27 by IDLIST. Follow these steps:

  1. Create the parcel(s) on AA11 and AA12, if they do not already exist.
  2. Create the appraisal unit on AA27, entering the primary parcel ID, primary element ID and other general information.
  3. Create the element on CA12, and other CAMA screens as required.
  4. Go to SY17 and create a new IDLIST of the parcels that you want to insert and give it a Setname. Or, go to SY18 and create an IDLIST query to pull the desired parcels.
  5. Once you have created your IDLIST, go to SY41 and setup the AA270VAFAI job

NOTE:  The specific fields with permissible entries to be filled in or left blank are listed below. Ignore fields that are not in the list next to the screens.

 1.    Job: Report name should always appear here. For example, AA270VAFAI.

 2.    Server Name: Keep the server name that first appears.

 3.    Printer_Name: Select a valid printer or keep the displayed printer if one is present.

 4.    Jurisdiction: Enter your jurisdiction.

 5.    Tax Year: Enter the current Tax Year.

 6.    Spool File Name: Enter AA270VAFAI.LIS to create the file in text format. Enter AA270VAFAI.PDF to create a PDF version.

 9.    ID1: Enter IDLIST to run the report on a specific list of parcels.

 10. ID2: Enter the SETNAME of the IDLIST. This is the name of IDLIST from SY17/SY18.

 13. FCU: Formatting code. Keep the default printer setting that is present when the screen appears. If blank, enter HPLP132. Enter PDF if printing a PDF version.

 17. PARAM1 Element ID: Enter Element ID to be used.

 18. PARAM2 VALPCT: Enter VALPCT for improvements.

 19. PARAM3 LUC: Enter Land Use Code to be inserted.

 20. PARAM4 CLASS: Enter Class to be inserted.

 21. PARAM5 REASON CODE: Enter Reason Code to be inserted.

Press [Submit Job]. The system will notify you when the report is finished.
