AA305MO - Real Values Certified Report

AA305MO Real Values Certified Report is structured to run for all current assessment values, for certified values and for the values that taxes are calculated on.

Note: Only at Certification will the Stamp Values Parameter be populated with a ‘Y’. This will update the all current records in the Assessment table with a PROCNAME = CERTIFIED and allow the report to be ran at a later date for Certified Values.

To run the batch process for the AA305MO Real Values Certified Report, the user must go to the batch reports transaction located on the Main Menu.

Here the user can page down and highlight the report or type the report into the Report Name field at the bottom of the window and click the Search button to find the report.

The user then clicks on the Setup and Run button next to the search button to bring up the parameter screen.

Please refer to the below parameter values and meanings:

Jurisdiction: Enter your jurisdiction.

Tax Year: Enter the Current Assessment Tax Real.

Spool File Name: AA305MO.PDF to create the file in pdf format

A (All) / B (Billboards) / N (New Const): Enter A if report is for All values. B for Billboard values only or N for New Construction values only.

Certification Year: Year that values are Certified

A (All) / C (Certified) / T (Tax Calc): Enter A if report is for All current values, C for Certified Values and T for values that Taxes were calculated on.

Procname: Null for Current Values, CERTIFIED for Certified values and TAX CALC for Values that taxes are calculated on.

Stamp Values: This parameter will default to N for all report runs except when values are CERTIFIED. Entering a Y in this parameter will stamp the Procname with a value of CERTIFIED to freeze the Certified value.

Example 4: Parameter setup to CERTIFY VALUES

When values are to be certified:

A(ALL) / B (Billboards) /N (New Const) must be set to A for All values

A (All) / C (Certified) / T (Tax Calc) must be set to A for All

PROCNAME must be set to CERTIFIED

Stamp Values must be set to Y
