Mapping Labels may be accessed On
Demand for a single parcel or in batch for multiple parcels.
ON-DEMAND PROCEDURE:
AA307MO Mapping Labels report may be
accessed On Demand for a single Parcel from the Sales Tab that exists within
both the Assessment Admin and the Owner Transfer Transaction.

After opening the Transaction, click
on the Sales Tab. This will take you to the Sales Template and from there the
user may access the AA307MO Mapping Labels report from within this window. Click on the Run Report button at the bottom
of this window.

This will allow the AA307MO Mapping
Labels report to run and when the report finishes, the Report(s) Finished
window will appear. The user will may click on the view button within the
Report(s) Finished window.

This will and this will bring up a
.PDF with a single label that was created by AA307MO for the Sales Label with
the latest date. The user to may view and print the label from the .PDF.

BATCH PROCEDURE:
To run the batch process for the
AA307MO Mapping Labels report, the user must go to the batch reports
transaction located on the Main Menu.

Here the user can page down and
highlight the report or type the report into the Report Name field at the
bottom of the window and hit search to find the report.

The user then clicks on the Setup
and Run button next to the search button to bring up the parameter screen.
The fields in Red are required
fields and will already be populated.
The remaining fields are optional are and will be populated by the user.
The user may run this report for the
Sales Label with the latest date within a date range by population the
Beginning Date and the Ending Date parameter fields and leaving the Begin
Parcel ID or ‘IDLIST and the End Parcel Id or Set Name parameter field blank.

If the
Begin Parcel Id and the End Parcel Id parameters are populated along with the
Beginning Date and Ending Date parameter fields, then the report will create Sales
Labels for the parcel with the latest date within a date range and only for the
Parcel Numbers within this range of parcels.

This
report may also be ran to create a Sales Labels for the parcel with the latest
date for every parcel within a beginning and ending range of parcel
numbers by populating the Begin Parcel
ID or ‘IDLIST and the End Parcel Id or Set Name parameter fields and leaving
the Beginning Date and Ending Date parameter fields blank.

Note: This report may also run from an
IDLIST that has been created for this report by entering the IDLIST into the
Begin Parcel ID or ‘IDLIST’ parameter and the Setname
into the End Parcel Id or Set Name parameter field.
After
the desired parameters are entered, the user then clicks on the Run Report
button at the top of the parameter window and the report will assign a job
number to the report and run the report in batch.

When
the report is finished , it can be viewed and printed
by clicking on View Completed button located at
the bottom of the batch reports window.

This
button will bring up the List of Completed Reports window and from there the
user may click on the report to bring up the PDF and view or print the labels.
