The Real Property Assessment Roll label report produces the report from
the system in batch or by a range of parcels. This report can be run by JUR or
by the entire Parish. The report generates labels if the owner name
(OWNDAT.own1 or own2) changes or if a new sale (SALES) record is created.
The report prints data from the Owner Maintenance, Property Location Maintenance, Sales, and Assessment Administration screens. The report prints the following sale information on one label: book, assessment district, square (block), sale date, instrument no, land values, improvement value, and total. The report prints the new owner name and address on another label. The data prints on a 1 x 3 inch label.
NOTE: The specific fields
with permissible entries to be filled in or left blank are listed below.
Ignore fields that are not in the list next to the screens.
