AA318NY – Equalization and Physical Change

This report lists the total change in assessed value from the previous tax year, adjusted for any change in assessment level, separated between physical changes and equalization changes and between decreases and increases, for each real property class, and in total, within each school district, within each village if requested, within each town, for a tax year and roll type.

The report can be restricted to a single SWIS code, e.g., village, or to a group with the same pattern, in ASMT.FLAG14.

Note:  The specific fields with permissible entries to be filled in or left blank are listed below. Ignore fields that are not in the list next to the screen images.

 1.    Job: Keep the job data that appears, starting with AA318NY.

 2.    Server Name: Keep the server name that    appears or select a different server.

 3.     Printer_Name: Keep the printer name that appears, or leave it blank.

 4.    Jurisdiction: Keep the jurisdiction that appears or enter a different jurisdiction.

 5.    Tax Year: Keep the tax year that appears or enter a different tax year.

 6.     Spool File Name: Keep the spool file name that appears, i.e., AA318NY.pdf.

 13. FCU Destination Format:  Keep the destination format, i.e., formatting code, that appears, i.e., PDF.

 17. PARAM1 Roll Type: Code for type of assessment roll, such as ‘RP_NY’.

 18.   PARAM2 SWIS Code (pattern):  Enter a State Wide Information System code to restrict the report to a single village or town outside villages. Enter a pattern with “%” representing any number of any characters and “?” representing any one character to restrict the report to the villages or towns outside villages that match the pattern. Enter a pattern greater than “%”, such as “2%” to include the primary SWIS code on the report and in its group and sort order. When entered, the SWIS code pattern parameter restricts the report to a single SWIS code or to a group with the same pattern in ASMT.FLAG14. For example, the pattern ‘2820%’ currently would restrict the report to the town of Hempstead in New York state.
