The purpose of the
Jasper County, Mo Abated Property Report is to identify and list all properties
in the abatement program. The driving table for the report will be APRVAL. Only
parcels with a specified Special Processing Flag will be included in the report
and the County has specified that APRVAL.SPCFLG= ‘T’ will be the condition.
The report will
display the parcel id number, owner name and address, the property address, the
land use code, the total appraised and assessed values, the total abated
portion of the assessed and appraised values, and the final year of the
abatement. At the end of the report, a summary will be generated listing the
total number of abated parcels by jurisdiction type (enterprise zone, TIF,

the total assessed value abated.
