AA400FLPBC - Annual File Maintenance for End of Year Rollover

This program is a batch process that should be run once a year, at the end of the tax cycle, to copy the current records to the new tax year. The tables that are updated are ADDRINDX, ALTIDINDX, ASMT, LOADVAL, LEGDAT, OWNALT, OWNMLT, OWNDAT, PARDIST, MAILDAT (if selected), ASMTOWN, LEGADD and OWNHIDE.

· Module has been customized to provide for rollover of OWNHIDE table and clearing of all ASMT override codes and values. · Review temp table sizing. Currently, no table size specifications are maintained on the temp tables being created. · Start IASINDEX – need to look at Palm Beach specific indexes.

NOTE: The specific fields with permissible entries to be filled in or left blank are listed below. Ignore fields that are not in the list next to the screens.

1. Job: Report name should always appear here. For example, AA400FLPBC. 2. Server Name: Keep the server name that first appears. 3. Printer_Name: Select a valid printer or keep the displayed printer if one is present. 4. Jurisdiction: Enter your jurisdiction. 5. Tax Year: Enter the current Tax Year. 6. Spool File Name: Enter AA400FLPBC.LIS to create the file in text format. 13. FCU: Formatting code. Keep the default printer setting that is present when the screen appears. If blank, enter HPLP132. 17. PARAM1 YEAR TO ROLL TO: Enter the New Tax Year to roll your tables into. (MUST use all four digits of Tax Year.) 18. PARAM2 #RECS TO COMMIT: Enter the number of records after which you want a commit to occur. 19. PARAM3 ROLL(REAL/PP/ALL): Enter the Rolltype (Null or ALL will copy/move all roll types) 20. PARAM4 ROLL MAILDAT (Y/N): Enter 'Y' to rollover MAILDAT. Enter 'N' to not rollover MAILDAT. Enter 'MAILDAT' to roll only MAILDAT records.
