AA400PAYOR – Assessment rollover

This report is used to delete and then recreate AA11 and AA12. The report also updates acreage from PARDAT to LEGDAT.

Specifically, the report is used to update ownership and legal records from data that is currently being maintained to a future tax year so that inquiry screens properly function with the use of revaluation data for a future tax year.

The report deletes and then recreates data in the future year for the tables OWNDAT, OWNDAT_HIST, LEGDAT, LEGDAT_HIST, LEGADD, LEGADD_HIST.

NOTE: The specific fields with permissible entries to be filled in or left blank are listed below. Ignore fields that are not in the list next to the screens.

1. Job: Report name should always appear here. For example, AA400PAYOR. 2. Server Name: Keep the server name that first appears. 3. Printer_Name: Select a valid printer or keep the displayed printer if one is present. 4. Jurisdiction: Enter your jurisdiction. 5. Tax Year: Enter the tax year that is currently being maintained on a daily basis. 6. Spool File Name: Enter AA400PAYOR.LIS to create the file in text format. 7. Beginning Date: 8. Ending Date: 13. FCU: Formatting code. Keep the default printer setting that is present when the screen appears. If blank, enter HPLP132. 17. PARAM1 NEW TAX YEAR: Enter the future year, or year that is to be deleted and copied to.
