This program is a batch process that
should be run once a year, at the end of the tax cycle, to copy the current
records to the new tax year. The tables that are updated are EXCODE, JURIS, ROLLDEF, ROLL_TAB, RTDIST and
VALCLASS. |
Caution: These files
will NOT be rolled to the new tax year if manual maintenance has been
performed on the new tax years files. Please verify if this condition applies
prior to running this program. |
NOTE: The specific fields
with permissible entries to be filled in or left blank are listed below.
Ignore fields that are not in the list next to the screens.
