AA406VAFAI - Sales Extract
This program extracts all data to be
made available for sales requests, to be provided to the Washington Post. It is
run by sale date range. Only parcel sales are selected; element sales are
bypassed.
The program creates a .LST file. The directory path and file name are passed in
as parameters to the program.
NOTE: The specific fields
with permissible entries to be filled in or left blank are listed below.
Ignore fields that are not in the list next to the screens.

1. Job: Report name should always appear
here. For example, AA406VAFAI. 2. Server Name: Keep the server name
that first appears. 3. Printer_Name: Select
a valid printer or keep the displayed printer if one is present. 4. Jurisdiction: Enter your jurisdiction. 5. Tax Year: Enter the tax year being used to verify parcel sale 6. Spool File Name: Enter AA406VAFAI.LIS to create the file in text format. 7. Beginning Date: Enter beginning sale date for sales to be extracted. 8. Y to change owner name to “Name Withheld by Request”. |
