AA408INHEN – AS2 SALES DATA LOAD
The
AA408INHEN report will take the sales disclosure information, which is stored
in a flat file, and load this information into IAS. The program will read this
information from the flat file, determine if the sales information already
exists and if the information does not exist it will load the sales disclosure
data into the AA11 (Sales Tab) and CA13 screens. The report will give a list of
all parcels showing if the parcel was updated, not updated, or if the sale
information already exists in IAS.
NOTE: The specific fields
with permissible entries to be filled in or left blank are listed below.
Ignore fields that are not in the list next to the screens.

1. Job: Report name should always appear
here. For example, AA408INHEN. 2. Server Name: Keep the server name
that first appears. 3. Printer_Name: Select
a valid printer or keep the displayed printer if one is present. 4. Jurisdiction: Enter your jurisdiction. 5. Tax Year: Enter the tax year
for which you want the sales information to be linked to. I.e., enter 2006 if
you want the sales disclosure information to show up on AA11 for tax year
2006. 6. Spool File Name: Enter AA408INHEN.LIS
to create the file in text format. 7. Beginning Date: Enter the starting sale date. Default NULL. 8. Ending Date: Enter the ending sale date. Default NULL. 13.
FCU: Formatting code. Keep the default printer setting that is
present when the screen appears. If blank, enter HPLP132. 17. PARAM1 FILE PATH: Enter the file
path where the sales disclosure file is located. This should be the file path
ONLY - not the file name. For instance, if the file is located in I:\IAS4,
then put I:\IAS4 in this parameter. 18. PARAM2 FILE NAME: Enter the name of the file that contains the sales disclosure information.
This file should be located in the directory that is entered in the above
parameter (File location parameter). If the file name is salesdata.txt then
enter salesdata.txt in this parameter. |
