gives counts of all tables being rolled. It checks for jurisdiction tax year
and current record status. It can be run again after rollover for the new tax
year to compare counts.
NOTE: The specific fields
with permissible entries to be filled in or left blank are listed below.
Ignore fields that are not in the list next to the screens.
