AA425NY – List of Court Ordered Adjustments

This interface produces a list of court ordered adjustments in a file for the New York State Office of Real Property Services (ORPS).

Note: The specific fields with permissible entries to be filled in or left blank are listed below. Ignore fields that are not in the list next to the screen images.

1. Job: Keep the job data that appears, starting with AA425NY. 2. Server Name: Keep the server name that appears or select a different server. 3. Printer_Name: Keep the printer name that appears or leave it blank. 4. Jurisdiction: Keep the jurisdiction that appears or enter a different jurisdiction. 5. Tax Year: Keep the tax year that appears or enter a different tax year. 6. Spool File Name: Keep the file name that appears, i.e., AA425NY.lis, or enter a different name for the output file. A name such as NassauAA425NY2006.lis would identify the jurisdiction and tax year. 17. [PARAM1] Roll Type: Code for type of assessment roll, such as ‘RP_NY’. When entered, the roll type parameter restricts the report to that roll type.

Press [Submit Job]. The system will notify you when the output file is finished.

This interface does not produce a report.
