AA431NY – tax district
Interface
This interface reads a text
file of tax district data from the database server and updates the appropriate
tax district codes and percentages in the legal description of each parcel
whose ID is within each parcel ID range if the parameter Load Data Code is
‘YES’.
This interface lists each
record with invalid data, including an identification of the invalid data, the
number of records rejected and accepted, the total number of records, and the
number of rows updated.
Note: The specific
fields with permissible entries to be filled in or left blank are listed
below. Ignore fields that are not in the list next to the screen images.

1. Job:
Keep the job data that appears, starting with AA431NY. 2. Server
Name: Keep
the server name that appears or
select a different server. 3. Printer_Name: Keep the printer name that appears, or leave it blank. 4. Jurisdiction:
Keep the jurisdiction that appears
or enter a different jurisdiction. 5. Tax
Year: Keep the tax year that appears or enter a different
tax year. 6. Spool
File Name: Keep the spool file name that appears, i.e., AA431NY.pdf. 13. [FCU] Destination Format: Keep
the destination format, i.e., formatting code, that appears, i.e., PDF. 17. [PARAM1] District Type: Enter S for school district or T for town and
county. 18. [PARAM2] Input File Directory: Directory
on the database server that contains the input file. 19. [PARAM3] Input File Name: Name
of the input file. 20. [PARAM4] Load Data Code: Code
that determines whether data is loaded into the database: Enter ‘YES’ to load
valid data into LEGDAT. Leave blank or enter anything other than ‘YES’ to
process the data for editing only, i.e.,
without loading any data into the database |
