actually two separate reports created as one. The report will print either a
Commercial Form 11 or Residential Form 11, depending upon the class of the
parcel or PARAM1. Leave the parameter blank to print both forms.
NOTE: The specific fields
with permissible entries to be filled in or left blank are listed below.
Ignore fields that are not in the list next to the screens.

FCU: Formatting code. Keep the default printer setting that is
present when the screen appears. If blank, enter DFLT. 17. PARAM1 Res (R/A) – Com (C/I): Enter
“RES” to print residential classes R and A. Enter “R”
or “A” to print these separate classes of Residential Form 11. Enter
“COM” to print commercial classes C and I. Enter “C”
or “I” to print these separate classes of Commercial Form 11. Leave
blank to print Forms 11 for all residential and commercial classes of parcels
(R, A, C, and I). 18. PARAM2 PREV VALUE (Y): Enter Y or leave blank to include previous
assessment values in the report. Default is Y. Will not print previous year
values if ‘N’ is entered. |
