aa501paall – Notice of Assessment Change

The Notice of Assessment Change will notify property owners of a change in the market value of their property. When the AA501PAALL report is run, a Notice of Assessment Change is printed for each parcel that meets the stated parameters created by the user and has had a change in market value for the given tax year.

 

NOTE:  The specific fields with permissible entries to be filled in or left blank are listed below. Ignore fields that are not in the list next to the screens.

1. Job: Report name should always appear here. For example, AA501PAALL.

 2. Server Name: Keep the server name that first appears.

 3. Printer_Name: Select a valid printer or keep the displayed printer if one is present.

 4. Jurisdiction: Enter your jurisdiction.

 5. Tax Year: Enter the current Tax Year.

 6. Spool File Name: Enter AA501PAALL.LIS to create the file in text format.

 7. Beginning Date: Enter date report will use to look for any changes that took place after this date.

 8. Ending Date: Enter date report will use to look for any changes that took place before this date

 9. ID1: Enter starting parcel ID for a range of parcels.

 10. ID2: Enter ending parcel ID for a range of parcels.

 13. FCU: Formatting code. Keep the default printer setting that is present when the screen appears. If blank, enter HPLP132.

 16. PARAM1 Roll Type: The roll type the report will use – default setup will be ‘REAL’

 17. PARAM2Mail Date: Date the report will print at the top of the Notice of Assessment; will also be the date placed in the ASMT table for Notice Date. The default date will be the date the AA501PAALL is run.

 18. PARAM3 Appeal Date: The appeal date that will be printed on the Notice of Assessment.

 19. PARAM4 County Seal Path: Path to look at to pull the county image onto the report.

 20. PARAM5 Resume Number: Notice of Assessment will print only parcels with this Resume Number.
