AA503PAERI – PRELIMINARY CHANGE OF ASSESSMENT REPORT

Preliminary Change of Assessment Report – Run after generating and reviewing AA506PAERI.

Used to check data for Change notices and Interim Billing. Report lists all parcels included in the group and shows the change of assessment and other pertinent changes. Can be run multiple times.
Make sure the Tax Year entered is the Interim year.
Flag 8 should be populated as well as Flag 17.
Must have a reason code in AA13, and should not equal ‘N’.
Must have a record in LEGDAT (AA12), PARDAT (CA12).
Current record cannot have ‘TAX CALC’ or ‘CHANGELET’ on AA13 totals tab.
Maintenance date on AA13 must fall between the beginning and ending date range in SY41.
District type in RTDIST (RT11) must = ‘M’.
Print format should say DFLT.

NOTE: The specific fields with permissible entries to be filled in or left blank are listed below. Ignore fields that are not in the list next to the screens.

1. Job: Report name should always appear here. For example, AA503PAERI.

2. Server Name: Keep the server name that first appears.

3. Printer_Name: Select a valid printer or keep the displayed printer if one is present.

4. Jurisdiction: Enter your jurisdiction.

5. Tax Year: Enter the current Tax Year.

6. Spool File Name: Enter AA503PAERI.LIS to create the file in text format.

7. Beginning Date: Enter the Beginning Maintenance Date.

8. Ending Date: Enter the Ending Maintenance Date.

9. ID1: Enter the minimum Parcel ID to include in the report or zero to include all parcels. Enter IDLIST to run the report on a specific list of parcels.

10. ID2: If ID1 = minimum Parcel ID, enter the maximum Parcel ID associated with the parcels to include in the report. If ID1 = zero, enter ZZ for all parcels. If ID1 = IDLIST, enter the SETNAME of the IDLIST.

13. FCU: Formatting code. Enter HPLL232L. Report will print in landscape mode on legal size paper (14” x 8-1/2”).
