Generates a detailed listing parcels and their
associated valuation data.
NOTE: The specific fields
with permissible entries to be filled in or left blank are listed below.
Ignore fields that are not in the list next to the screens.

1. Job: Report name should always appear
here. For example, AA504HI. 2. Server
Name: Keep the server name that first appears. 3. Printer_Name: Select a valid printer or keep the displayed printer if
one is present. 4.
Jurisdiction: Enter your
jurisdiction. 5. Tax Year: Enter the current Tax Year. 6. Spool File
Name: Enter
AA504HI.LIS to create the file in text format. 7. Beginning
Date: Enter a
beginning date that reflects the notice date range to print from AA91. 8. Ending
Date: Enter an
ending date that reflects the notice date range to print from AA91. 9. ID1: Enter the minimum Parcel ID to include in the report or
type zero to include all parcels. Enter “IDLIST” to run the
report on a specific list of parcels. 10. ID2: If ID1 = minimum Parcel ID, enter the maximum Parcel ID
associated with the parcels to include in the report. If ID1 = zero, enter
“ZZ” for all parcels. If ID1 = “IDLIST”, enter the SETNAME of the IDLIST. 13.
FCU: Formatting
code. Keep the default printer setting that is present when the screen
appears. If blank, enter HPL180. 17. PARAM1 Rpt Type: Enter the desired AA91 Report Types to be printed. The
AA91 record were created by AA501HI. Put each type
in single quotes and separate by commas. Default = ‘notice’. 18. PARAM2 Estimate Taxes Label: is a LABEL to print for the estimated taxes. If null the
estimated taxes will not print 21. PARAM5 Report Heading: Enter the heading of the report you are printing. |
