The Value Change
Summary is an audit report that shows the net change for land, building, and
total changes for each tax district. It runs after the appraised values have
been approved and batch processed to the ASMT table. It also displays the
number of |
changes that
occurred for both the local and county values in each tax district. The last
line of the report sums the values of each column and displays the overall
totals. |

with permissible entries to be filled in or left blank are listed
below. Ignore fields that are not in the list next to the screens. |
