AA513PAALL – Value Change Summary

The Value Change Summary is an audit report that shows the net change for land, building, and total changes for each tax district. It runs after the appraised values have been approved and batch processed to the ASMT table. It also displays the number of

changes that occurred for both the local and county values in each tax district. The last line of the report sums the values of each column and displays the overall totals.

NOTE:  The specific fields with permissible entries to be filled in or left blank are listed below. Ignore fields that are not in the list next to the screens.

 1. Job: Report name should always appear here. For example, AA513PAALL.

 2. Server Name: Keep the server name that first appears.

 3. Printer_Name: Select a valid printer or keep the displayed printer if one is present.

 4. Jurisdiction: Enter your jurisdiction.

 5. Tax Year: Enter the current Tax Year.

 6. Spool File Name: Enter AA513PAALL.LIS to create the file in text format.

 7. Beginning Date: Date report will use to look for any changes that took place after this date.

 8. Ending Date: Date report will use to look for any changes that took place before this date.

 9. ID1: Starting parcel ID for a range of parcels.

 10. ID2: Ending parcel ID for a range of parcels.

 11. ALT1: Beginning tax district for range or specific tax district.

 12. ALT2: Ending tax district for range or specific tax district.

 13. FCU: Formatting code. Keep the default printer setting that is present when the screen appears. If blank, enter HPLL132.
