is the official notification to the tax collectors, taxing bodies and
treasurer lien section that the assessment has been changed for the tax year
stated on the change order. The Official Change Order runs after the values |
have been
approved,the batch process has been ran, and the values have been posted to
ASMT. Any parcel with ASMT.FLAG9 = ‘Y’ will need to be printed, even if any
of the other conditions are not true. |

here. For example, AA515PAALL. 2. Server Name: Keep the server name

Enter the
minimum Parcel ID to include in the report or zero to include all parcels.
Enter IDLIST to run the
report on a specific list of parcels. 10. ID2: If ID1 = minimum Parcel ID, enter the maximum Parcel ID associated
with the parcels to include in the report. If ID1 = zero, enter ZZ for
all parcels. If ID1 = IDLIST, enter the SETNAME of the IDLIST. 11. ALT1: Enter the beginning tax district. 12. ALT2: Enter the ending tax district. 13.
FCU: Formatting
code. Keep the default printer setting that is present when the screen
appears. If blank, enter HPLL132. 16. PARAM1 Number of Copies: Enter the copy desired (1-4. or 5). 1)
