AA990CTSOU – CT Bridge program

This program will load a temp table, TEMP_AA990CTSOU with data from a county provided datafile. If the sale does not exist in the sales table then it will be inserted. If the Owner information is different from that on OWNDAT, regardless of the existence of a new sale, the OWNDAT table will be updated with the new data..

Source Data File: This file is provided by the county and it's path is identified in PARAM1, the file name is identified in PARAM2.

NOTE: The specific fields with permissible entries to be filled in or left blank are listed below. Ignore fields that are not in the list next to the screens.

1. Job: Report name should always appear here. For example, AA990CTSOU. 2. Server Name: Keep the server name that first appears. 3. Printer_Name: Select a valid printer or keep the displayed printer if one is present. 4. Jurisdiction: Enter your jurisdiction. 5. Tax Year: Enter the current Tax Year. 6. Spool File Name: Enter AA990CTSOU.LIS to create the file in text format. 13. FCU: Formatting code. Keep the default printer setting that is present when the screen appears. If blank, enter HPLP132. 17. PARAM1 PATH: Enter I:\IAS4\DATA\BRIDGE. 18. PARAM2 FILE: Enter INPUT DATAFILE NAME. For example, NAPDATE.asc 19. PARAM3 PATH: Enter CONTROL FILE PATH.
