1. Job: Report name should always appear
here. For example, AP922. 2. Server Name: Keep the server name that first appears. 3. Printer_Name:
Select a valid printer or keep the displayed printer if
one is present. 4. Jurisdiction: Enter your
jurisdiction. 5. Tax Year: Enter the current
Tax Year. 6. Spool File Name: Enter
AP922.LIS to create the file in text format. 9. ID1:
Enter the minimum Parcel ID to include in the
report or zero to include all parcels. Enter IDLIST
to run the report on a specific list of parcels. 10. ID2: If ID1 = minimum
Parcel ID, enter the maximum Parcel ID associated with the parcels to include
in the report. If ID1 = zero, enter ZZ for all parcels. If ID1 = IDLIST,
enter the SETNAME of the IDLIST. 13.
FCU: Formatting code. Keep the default printer setting that is
present when the screen appears. If blank, enter HPLLW. If Param3
is Y, set FCU to HPLLWD. 17. PARAM1 ORDER BY (P/A/M/L): P = Parcel ID
(default) A = Alt_id M - = L = Location Address. Note: If using idlist and using the
sortkey to sort the data, use a tilde or any character other than the ones
mentioned above to sort by sortkey. 18. PARAM2 PRINT DWELLING COMPUTATIONS? (Y/N): Default is Y. If param2 = N then the information printed under the
"Dwelling Computations" section will not be displayed. If param2 is
not entered or is "Y", then the "Dwelling Computations"
section will be printed. 19. PARAM3 PRINT ADDN CODES (Y/N): If Y then the
report will print the codes and descriptions. Be sure FCU is set to HPLLWD
for duplex printing – the codes will print on the back side of the report. |
