The Pre – Tax Bill Edit – Initial
program (BL100) performs a series of checks on key database tables to verify
the existence or lack of data required for tax bill processing. The program
checks for: · Assessment parcels with no legal information. · Assessment parcels with no mailing information. (if selected). · Assessment parcels with no owner information. · Assessment parcels with no parcel district information. |
· The existence of duplicates. It also
checks for the existence of records in the current collection year with tax
due that will roll, but have no ASMT records in the year that is being rolled
to. See Tax

1. Job: Report name should always appear
here. For example, BL100. 2. Server Name: Keep the server name
that first appears. 3. Printer_Name:
Select a
valid printer or keep the displayed printer if one is present. 4. Jurisdiction: Enter your jurisdiction. 5. Tax Year: Enter the current Tax Year. 6. Spool File Name: Enter BL100.LIS to create the file in text format. 9. ID1:
Enter the
minimum Parcel ID to include in the report or zero to include all parcels.
Enter IDLIST to run the
report on a specific list of parcels. 10. ID2: If ID1 =
minimum Parcel ID, enter the maximum Parcel ID associated with the parcels to
include in the report. If ID1 = zero, enter ZZ for all parcels. If ID1
= IDLIST, enter the SETNAME of the IDLIST. 13.
FCU: Formatting code. Keep the default printer setting that is
present when the screen appears. If blank, enter HPLL132. 17. PARAM1 Roll Type: Enter
the valid roll types to include on the report. 18. PARAM2 Check MAILDAT/TX11?
(Y/N): Flag to check that a parcel has an ASMT record without a
MAILDAT/TX11. If no MAILDAT/TX11 exists, the parcel is reported. Use
"Y" only if MAILDAT/TX11 is required for all billing
parcels. 19. PARAM3 Verify legal record exists?(Y/N): Flag to
check that a parcel has an ASMT record without a legal record. If no legal
record exists, the parcel is reported. 20. PARAM4 Enter number of ALTID length: This number
will force a check of the altid length and list parcels without altid. Leave
blank for no check. 21. MUNI1: Check for
mult AA13 per parcel: Enter "N" to suppress the report that lists
all parcels with more than one AA13(ASMT) record. Enter "N" or
leave blank to include this edit report. Multi-valclass jurisdictions should
enter "N". |
