NOTE:  The specific fields with permissible entries to be filled in or left blank are listed below. Ignore fields that are not in the list next to the screens.

 1.    Job: Report name should always appear here. For example, CA118TNSHE.

 2.    Server Name: Keep the server name that first appears.

 3.    Printer_Name: Select a valid printer or keep the displayed printer if one is present.

 4.    Jurisdiction: Enter your jurisdiction.

 5.    Tax Year: Enter the current Tax Year.

 6.    Spool File Name: Enter CA118TNSHE.LIS to create the file in text format.

 7.    Beginning Date: Enter beginning sale date.

 8.    Ending Date: Enter ending sale date.

 9.    ID1: Enter the minimum Parcel ID to include in the report or zero to include all parcels. Enter IDLIST to run the report on a specific list of parcels.

 10. ID2: If ID1 = minimum Parcel ID, enter the maximum Parcel ID associated with the parcels to include in the report. If ID1 = zero, enter ZZ for all parcels. If ID1 = IDLIST, enter the SETNAME of the IDLIST.

 13. FCU: Formatting code. Keep the default printer setting that is present when the screen appears. If blank, enter HPLP132.

 17. PARAM1 REPORT TYPE (P/S/D): P = parcel data profile, S = sales data profile, D = sales data profile and sales detail report.

 18. PARAM2 RUN LUC GROUP 1? (Y/N): Enter Y or N.

 19. PARAM3 LUC GROUPING 1: Specify All Land Use Codes to be grouped for Group 1. Multiple entries should be separated by commas (i.e. 000, 001). Use PARDAT.LUC.

 20. PARAM4 CLASSES FOR LAND USE GROUPING 1: Specify all classes that should be included for Group 1. If blank or ALL then select all classes. Multiple entries should be separated by commas. Use PARDAT.CLASS.

 21. PARAM5: RUN LUC GROUP 2? (Y/N): Enter Y or N.

 22. PARAM6 LUC GROUPING 2: Specify All Land Use Codes to be grouped for Group 2. Multiple entries should be separated by commas (i.e. 000, 001). Use PARDAT.LUC.

 23. PARAM7 CLASSES FOR LAND USE GROUPING 2: Specify all classes that should be included for Group 2. If blank or ALL then select all classes. Multiple entries should be separated by commas. Use PARDAT.CLASS.

 24. PARAM8 RUN LUC GROUP 3? (Y/N): Enter Y or N.

 25. PARAM9 LUC GROUPING 3: Specify All Land Use Codes to be grouped for Group 3. Multiple entries should be separated by commas (i.e. 000, 001). Use PARDAT.LUC.

 26. PARAM10 CLASSES FOR LAND USE GROUPING 3: Specify all classes that should be included for Group 3. If blank or ALL then select all classes. Multiple entries should be separated by commas. Use PARDAT.CLASS.

 27. PARAM11 RUN LUC GROUP 4? (Y/N): Enter Y or N.

 28. PARAM9 LUC GROUPING 4: Specify All Land Use Codes to be grouped for Group 4. Multiple entries should be separated by commas (i.e. 000, 001). Use PARDAT.LUC.

 29. PARAM10 CLASSES FOR LAND USE GROUPING 4: Specify all classes that should be included for Group 4. If blank or ALL then select all classes. Multiple entries should be separated by commas. Use PARDAT.CLASS.

 30. PARAM14 SALE TYPE (IF APPLICABLE): When PARAM1=’S’ or ‘D’ then only include sales that have a sale type equal to the value(s) entered in this parameter. If blank or ALL then include all sale types. If the word NULL is listed then also include sales with a null sale type. Multiple entries should be separated by commas. Use SALES.SALETYP.

 31. PARAM15 SALE VALIDITY CODE (IF APPLICABLE): When PARAM1=’S’ or ‘D’ then only include sales that have a sale validity code equal to the value(s) entered in this parameter. If blank or ALL then include all sale validity codes.  If the word NULL is listed then also include sales with a null sale validity code. Multiple entries should be separated by commas. Use SALES.SALEVAL.

 32. PARAM16 SALES INSTRUMENT TYPE (IF APPLICABLE): When PARAM1 = ‘S’ or ‘D’ then only include sales that have an instrument type equal to the value(s) entered in this parameter.  If blank or ALL then include all instrument types. If the word NULL is listed then also include sales with a null sale instrument type. Multiple entries should be separated by commas. Use SALES.INSTRTYPE.

 33. PARAM17 SALES PRICE (IF APPLICABLE): When PARAM1 = ‘S’ or ‘D’ then only include sales that have a sales price greater than zero, or greater than or equal to the value entered in this parameter if it is greater than zero.
