This report is a
Residential and Commercial Permit Summary Report and can be ran
for a single assessor ID, for a list of assessor IDs or for all.
NOTE: The specific fields
with permissible entries to be filled in or left blank are listed below.
Ignore fields that are not in the list next to the screens.

1. Job: Report name should always appear
here. For example, CA190NS. 2. Server Name: Keep the server name
that first appears. 3. Printer_Name: Select
a valid printer or keep the displayed printer if one is present. 4. Jurisdiction: Enter your jurisdiction. 5. Tax Year: Enter the current Tax Year. 6. Spool File Name: Enter CA190NS.LIS
to create the file in text format. Enter CA190NS.PDF to print a PDF version. 9. ASSESSOR ID OR IDLIST (ID1): Enter an
Assessor ID or enter IDLIST to run the report on a specific list of
parcels (based on list of Assessor IDs). 10. SETNAME (ID2): If ID1 = IDLIST, enter the SETNAME of the
IDLIST. 11. ALT1 Region Code (P,N,S,E,W,C): P-
Province, N- North, S-South, E-East, W-West, C-Center. (If printing for
multiple codes, use a coma to separate.)
When a region is entered, the jurisdiction will be ignored and the
report will print all jurisdictions in the region 13. FCU: Formatting code. Keep the default printer setting
that is present when the screen appears. If blank, enter HPLP132. Enter PDF
to produce a PDF version. 17. PARAM1 RES / COM / Blank for ALL: Enter C, R
or leave blank for all. 18. PARAM2 *CUT OFF DATE: Enter a date (DD-MON-YY). This
parameter is required. 19. PARAM3 *ASSESSOR OR TOTAL: Enter
ASSESSOR to run the report for a specific Assessor Id or list of Assessor Ids
(IDLIST) or TOTAL for all. This parameter is required. |
