CA501KYFAY – APRVAL BATCH UPDATE PROGRAM

The CA501KYFAY is a batch update program that updates REVCODE, REASCD, REVREAS, REVWHO, REVDT, and REVTOT. All values, except REVTOT, will be updated for all parcels that meet the parcel range defined on SY32. A separate flat file that will be pulled by this program updates the REVTOT field.

The parcel ID range and flat file act as completely separate programs. The parcel range on the

SY32 can be completely different, or the exact same as the parcel range on the flat file. Only the parcels that are included in the parcel range on SY32 will be updated with the parameters on SY32, and only the parcels on the flat file will be updated with a REVTOT value.

The tax year and jurisdiction on SY32 are used for the 5 parameters on SY32 and the flat file.
