DR405BLFL – This process allows you to create a blank Tangible Personal Property Tax Return. The blank form can be printed from multiple screens based upon the SY52 set up. The following examples will identify the set up and process using PP11.

 

Required Set up:

 

[Go To] SY52. Enter the information as shown below, with the exception of the printer. Select a valid printer name from the drop down LOV. When completed, save the record. This will add the DR405BLFL to the green light on PP11. To add this set up to additional screens, enter the screen number, select a valid printer and all other fields are as shown. It is suggested that the printer selected has duplex capabilities.

 

 

 

Notes:

 

The Tax Year printed on the top right corner of the form, will be based upon the tax year used when the query is executed.

 

The Property Appraiser information on the top left corner of the form, is from the PPSYS table. (PP42)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

How To Print a Single Return or Multiple Returns:

 

After the SY52 set up has been completed [Go To] PP11 (or the alternate screen you established). Query on any valid TPP parcel. Once the parcel information has populated, select the “Green Light” Icon to see the available on demand reports.

 

 

 

Since multiple reports can be run from this screen, highlight the appropriate line item. Verify that a valid printer has been assigned, or change as necessary. Next, select OK and then the printer properties will be available. Enter the number of copies to print, select OK and the forms will then print.
