This process will print the DR reports named above. The data
for these reports was created when the DR489 process was run; therefore the
DR489 MUST have been completed prior to executing this process.
NOTE: The specific fields
with permissible entries to be filled in or left blank are listed below.
Ignore fields that are not in the list next to the screens.

1. Job: Report name should always appear
here. For example, DR489P. 2. Server Name: Keep the server name
that first appears. 3. Printer_Name:

valid printer or keep the displayed printer if one is present. 4. Jurisdiction: Enter your jurisdiction. 5. Tax Year: Enter the current Tax Year. 6. Spool File Name: Enter DR489P.LIS to create the file in text format. 13. FCU:

Press [Submit
Job]. The system will notify you when the report is finished.
The reports will be created and print in the following
order: DR489PC, DR489EB, DR489AC, DR489AM, DR420 and then DR420S. The name of
the report that is currently going to print will be shown in the top left
corner. For the DR489 series, select a printer that has LEGAL and LANDSCAPE
capabilities. For the DR420 series, select a printer that has PORTRAIT
and LETTER
capabilities.
Select a valid Printer in the Destination Name field
Then, click on the Green Light icon or use the Enter
key

Then a window like the following will appear:
Click on the Properties button.
Select the settings for the appropriate report
as described on the previous page of this document.
The reports will then print in the selected format on the
printers you have designated.
