Creates a report that can be used to balance against the 12D8
file. It will list the count, type, code and value of exemptions. Total just
value, assessed value, taxable value, new construction value and exemption
value are shown at the bottom of the report.
NOTE: The specific fields
with permissible entries to be filled in or left blank are listed below.
Ignore fields that are not in the list next to the screens.
