Select a
valid printer or keep the displayed printer if one is present. 4. Jurisdiction: Enter your jurisdiction. 5. Tax Year: Enter the current Tax Year. 6. Spool File Name: Enter DR590TFL.LIS to create the file in text format. 9. ID1:
Enter the
minimum Parcel ID to include in the report or zero to include all parcels.
Enter IDLIST to run the
report on a specific list of parcels. 10. ID2: If ID1 =
minimum Parcel ID, enter the maximum Parcel ID associated with the parcels to
include in the report. If ID1 = zero, enter ZZ for all parcels. If ID1
= IDLIST, enter the SETNAME of the IDLIST. 13.
FCU: Formatting code. Keep the default printer setting that is
present when the screen appears. If blank, enter HPLP132. 17. PARAM1 CODE (C/S/N): Enter the
valid code to indicate which code the file should pull: N = NAIC
code S = SIC
code C = Class
or DOR code 18. PARAM2 TXT FILE NAME: Enter the name of the text file that will be created in

This process
will generate the following output files:
Tapefile

Tapefile Totals
and Rejected Parcels (Statistics_Rejects_12d8t.TXT) – contains summary statistics of database and parcels
rejected due to value size errors (values larger than DOR output
specifications).
Parcels will be put into the reject file for the following reasons:
