dt527paeri – Entry of Claim extract

DT527PAERI creates an extract for the purpose of creating an Entry of Claim Notice required each year for any property with delinquent taxes. A layout of an individual record at the end of this guide will provide your vendor with the information required to produce the notices. (The Entry of Claim Notice has a breakdown of County, School and Municipal Tax, as well as the Penalty and Interest associated with those taxes.)

The extract will also include Entry of Claim charges

to date that have been applied to each parcel using DT904. Do not apply postage costs through DT904 before running this extract.

IMPORTANT:

By inserting the postage cost in Param 2, the report will automatically include that dollar amount  in the postage field and the cost total. It is very important to run this extract prior to applying the postage costs with DT904.

NOTE: The specific fields with permissible entries to be filled in or left blank are listed below. Ignore fields that are not in the list next to the screens.

 1.    Job: Report name should always appear here. For example, DT527PAERI.

 2.    Server Name: Keep the server name that first appears.

 3.    Printer_Name: Select a valid printer or keep the displayed printer if one is present.

 4.    Jurisdiction: Enter your jurisdiction.

 5.    Tax Year: Enter the current Tax Year.

 6.    Spool File Name: Enter DT527PAERI.LIS to create the file in text format.

 7.    Beginning Date: Enter the Extract Date.

 9.    ID1: Enter the minimum Parcel ID to include in the report or zero to include all parcels. Enter IDLIST to run the report on a specific list of parcels.

 10. ID2: If ID1 = minimum Parcel ID, enter the maximum Parcel ID associated with the parcels to include in the report. If ID1 = zero, enter ZZ for all parcels. If ID1 = IDLIST, enter the SETNAME of the IDLIST.

 13. FCU: Formatting code. Keep the default printer setting that is present when the screen appears. If blank, enter HPLP132.

 17. PARAM1 ROLLTYPE (DELQ): Enter the valid roll type.

 18. PARAM2 POSTAGE: Enter the dollar amount for postage. Do not enter a decimal or change.

 19. PARAM3 EXCLUDE DELETED TRAILER? (Y/N): If 'Y', report will exclude the parcels marked as deleted trailer. If 'N', it will include the parcels marked as deleted trailer. Default is ‘Y’.
