EX107NY – STAR Exemption
This report lists the date and time last modified, statewide school district code, school district tax rate code, parcel ID, building code, unit code, owner, date of birth, income, exemption code, ownership code, residency code, and status code for each STAR exemption record for a tax year and roll type.
The report can be restricted to a specified NY state exemption code pattern and/or batch code whose records were last modified by a specified user within a date range.

specific fields with permissible entries to be filled in or left blank
are listed below. Ignore fields that are not in the list next to the screen
images.

1. Job:
Keep
the job data that appears, starting with EX107NY. 2. Server
Name: Keep the server name that appears or select a different server. 3. Printer_Name: Keep the printer name that appears, or leave it blank. 4. Jurisdiction: Keep the jurisdiction that appears or enter a different jurisdiction. 5. Tax Year: Keep the tax year that appears or enter a different tax year. 6. Spool File Name: Keep the spool file name that appears, i.e., EX107NY.pdf. 7. Beginning Date: Enter a beginning date to restrict the report to exemptions created or modified on or after that date. 8. Ending Date: Enter an ending date to restrict the report to exemptions last modified on or before that date. 13. FCU Destination Format: Keep the destination format, i.e., formatting code, that appears, i.e., PDF. 17. PARAM1 ROLLTYPE: Code for type of assessment roll, such as ‘RP_NY’.
When entered, the rolltype parameter restricts the
report to that roll type. 18. PARAM2 EXEMPTION CODE (PATTERN): Enter an NY state exemption code to restrict the report to a single
exemption. Enter a pattern with “%” representing any number of any characters
and “?” representing any one character to restrict the report to the
exemptions whose codes match the pattern. For example, the pattern ‘4183%’
would restrict the report to enhanced STAR exemptions. 19 . PARAM3 BATCH CODE: Enter a batch code to
restrict the report to exemptions in that batch. 20. PARAM4 USER ID: Leave blank to include all real property classes. Enter 1, 2, 3, or 4 to restrict the report to the specified real property class. |
