This report
lists the exemption code, exemption description, exemption amount in villages,
exemption amount outside villages, and total exemption amount for each
exemption code for each class, for each school tax district, or statewide
school district, for a tax year, roll type, and exemption type, i.e., county,
school, or town.
The report
includes a summary for each school district, each town, and all towns.
The report
can be restricted to an exemption code pattern and/or a SWIS code pattern.
NOTE: The specific fields
with permissible entries to be filled in or left blank are listed below.

1. Job: Keep the job data that appears, starting with EX109NY. 2. Server
Name: Keep the server name that appears or select a different server. 3. Printer_Name: Keep the
printer name that appears, or leave it blank. 4. Jurisdiction:
Keep the jurisdiction that appears or enter a
different jurisdiction. 5. Tax Year: Keep the tax year that appears or enter a different
tax year. 6. Spool File
Name: Keep the spool file name
that appears, i.e., EX109NY.pdf. 9. Begin
Parcel ID or IDLIST: Enter a beginning parcel
identifier to restrict the report to parcel IDs in the range beginning with
this parameter and ending with the next parameter. Enter IDLIST to restrict
the report to parcel IDs in the set named in the next parameter. 10. End Parcel
ID or Set Name: Enter
an ending parcel identifier to restrict the report to parcel IDs in the range
beginning with the previous parameter and ending with this parameter. Enter
the name of a set of parcel IDs to restrict the report to those parcels when
the previous parameter is IDLIST. 13. [FCU] Destination Format: Keep the destination format, i.e.,
formatting code, that appears, i.e., PDF. 17. [PARAM1] Roll Type: Code for
type of assessment roll, such as RP_NY. When entered, the roll type parameter
restricts the report to that roll type. 18. [PARAM2]
Exemption Type: Enter COUNTY to include only exemptions
applicable to county tax authorities. Enter SCHOOL to include only exemptions
applicable to school, library, and recreation district tax authorities. Enter
TOWN to include only exemptions applicable to town tax authorities. 19. [PARAM3] Group
By: Enter STATEWIDE to group the report by
statewide school district within town. Enter anything other than STATEWIDE,
such as blank, to group the report by school tax district within town. 20. [PARAM4]
Exemption Code (pattern): Enter an NY
state exemption code to restrict the report to a single exemption. Enter a
pattern with % representing any number of any characters and ?
representing any one character to restrict the report to the exemptions whose
codes match the pattern. For example, the pattern 4183% would restrict the
report to enhanced STAR exemptions. 21. [PARAM5] SWIS Code (pattern): Enter a State Wide Information System code
to restrict the report to a single village or town outside villages. Enter a
pattern with % representing any number of any characters and ?
representing any one character to restrict the report to the villages or
towns outside villages that match the pattern. When entered, the SWIS code
pattern parameter restricts the report to a single SWIS code or to a group
with the same pattern in ASMT.FLAG14. For example, the pattern 2820%
currently would restrict the report to the town of |
