1. Job: Keep the job data that appears, starting
with EX400NY. 2. Server Name: Keep the server name
that appears or select a different
server. 3. Printer_Name: Keep the printer name that appears or leave it blank. 4. Jurisdiction: Keep the jurisdiction that appears or enter a different jurisdiction. 5. Tax Year: Keep the tax year that appears or enter a different tax year. This is the tax year from which data will be rolled over. 6. Spool File Name: Keep the file name that appears, i.e., EX400NY.lis.
