EX401 – Exemption Batch Cost Program

It is recommended that this report is run at night, or when there is no one in the database. You may also want to turn versioning off on AA44, except at TRIM Time, or when you want a version created for history purposes.

To verify if update /process has completed, the report name (EX401), spool file, date and time (on the left side of the form) can only be viewed when this update has completed.

IMPORTANT: Once the report has finished, go to AA44 and turn versioning back on. Note: You will need to do this only if the decision was made to turn versioning off while the report was run.

NOTE: The specific fields with permissible entries to be filled in or left blank are listed below. Ignore fields that are not in the list next to the screens.

1. Job: Report name should always appear here. For example, EX401. 2. Server Name: Keep the server name that first appears. 3. Printer_Name: Select a valid printer or keep the displayed printer if one is present. 4. Jurisdiction: Enter your jurisdiction. 5. Tax Year: Enter the current Tax Year. 6. Spool File Name: Enter EX401.LIS to create the file in text format. 9. ID1: Enter the minimum Parcel ID to process in the report, or enter IDLIST to run for a specific IDLIST. The default value for this field is '0'. 10. ID2: Enter the maximum Parcel ID to process in the report, or enter the SETNAME if running by an IDLIST. The default value for this field is 'ZZ'. 13. FCU: Formatting code. Keep the default printer setting that is present when the screen appears. If blank, enter HPLP132. 17. PARAM1 PRINT PARCEL IDS? (Y/N): Enter Y to print a list of processed parcel IDs. Default is N.
