This program will read the EXDET records and calculate the
applied exemption amounts (APLAND, APBLDG, and APOTHER) based on the ASMT value
specified in DEDIT.
It is recommended that this report is run at night, or when
there is no one in the database. You may also want to turn versioning off on AA44,
except at TRIM Time, or when you want a version created for history purposes.
IMPORTANT: Once the report has
finished, go to AA44 and turn versioning back on.
NOTE: You will need to do this only if the decision was made to
turn versioning off while the report was run.
NOTE: The specific fields
with permissible entries to be filled in or left blank are listed below.
Ignore fields that are not in the list next to the screens.

1. Job: Report name should always appear
here. For example, EX402. 2. Server Name: Keep the server name

Select a
valid printer or keep the displayed printer if one is present. 4. Jurisdiction: Enter your jurisdiction. 5. Tax Year: Enter the current Tax Year. 6. Spool File Name: Enter EX402.LIS to create the file in text format. 9. ID1:
Enter the
minimum Parcel ID to include in the report or zero to include all parcels.
Enter IDLIST to run the
report on a specific list of parcels. 10. ID2: If ID1 =
minimum Parcel ID, enter the maximum Parcel ID associated with the parcels to
include in the report. If ID1 = zero, enter all 9’s for all parcels.
If ID1 = IDLIST, enter the SETNAME of the IDLIST. 13.
FCU: Formatting code. Keep the default printer setting that is
present when the screen appears. If blank, enter HPLP132. 17. PARAM1 PRINT PARCEL IDS? (Y/N): Enter Y to print a
list of processed parcel IDs. Default is N. |
