FM300OH – laser VERsion - CAUV APPLICATIONS

The FM300OH program will produce the Ohio CAUV renewal application forms for all CAUV parcels that have an Agricultural Application record. The applicant mailing address will be printed based on how it is entered within the system:

·        If Address Line 1 on AGAPPL (FM21) is entered then it will use the mailing address that is entered for this table

·        If Address Line 1 on AGAPPL (FM21) is not entered then it will use the address information from MAILDAT (TX11) for the duplicate year – see FM21.

·        If Address Line 1 on AGAPPL (FM21) is not entered AND the MAILDAT record does not exist then it will use the address information from OWNDAT (AA11).

The program will also produce a flat file (FM300OH.dat) with all of the information that is included on the laser version. This flat file can be used to send to a third party vendor to print out the applications (file is located in the same directory as the laser output version). A link to the file layout is below.

NOTE:  The specific fields with permissible entries to be filled in or left blank are listed below. Ignore fields that are not in the list next to the screens.

 1.    Job: Report name should always appear here. For example, FM300OH.

 2.    Server Name: Keep the server name that first appears.

 3.    Printer_Name: Select a valid printer or keep the displayed printer if one is present.

 4.    Jurisdiction: Enter your jurisdiction.

 5.    Tax Year: Enter the current Tax Year.

 6.    Spool File Name: Enter FM300OH.LIS to create the file in text format. Enter FM300OH.PDF if output is PDF.

 9.    ID1: Enter the minimum Parcel ID to include in the report or zero to include all parcels. Enter IDLIST to run the report on a specific list of parcels.

 10. ID2: If ID1 = minimum Parcel ID, enter the maximum Parcel ID associated with the parcels to include in the report. If ID1 = zero, enter ZZ for all parcels. If ID1 = IDLIST, enter the SETNAME of the IDLIST.

 11. ALT ID1: Enter the minimum AG Application Number to include in the report or leave blank (default = 0) to include all AG Application Numbers. Enter IDLIST to run the report on a specific list of AG Application Numbers.

 12. ALT ID2: If ID1 = minimum AG Application Number, enter the maximum AG Application Number associated with the parcels to include in the report. Leave blank (default = ZZ) for all AG Application Numbers. If ALT ID1 = IDLIST, enter the SETNAME of the IDLIST.

NOTE: If the ID1 field has a value then the program will use the information that is in the ID1/ID2 fields. If ID1 is blank then the program will use the values in the ALT1/ALT2 fields (if ALT1 is not blank). If both ID1 and ALT1 are blank then the program will run for all parcels.

 13. FCU: Formatting code. DFLT for standard .LIS file, PDF for Adobe Acrobat PDF. (If using PDF you must also change the spool filename to have a .pdf extension.)

 17. PARAM1 ORDER BY: Enter “A” to order by AGAPPL and parcel ID or “O” to order by OWN1, OWN2, AGAPPL. Enter “Z” to sort by zipcode. Default is “O.”

 18. PARAM2 ROLLTYPE: Enter a valid rolltype.

 19. PARAM3 COPIES: Enter number of copies wanted. Default is 1.

 20. PARAM4 TAX YEAR: Enter the tax year to be printed on the report.

 21. PARAM5 PRINT OWNER NAME (Y/N): Enter Y to print owner’s name.
