FM403 adjusts the acres in AGLAND (FM11) to have
their total equal the number of deeded acres currently in LEGDAT (AA12). FM403 accomplishes this in three steps:
1.
Calculate the
factor based on the following formula:
Legdat acres - (sum of homesite acres
from land)
sum(agland acres) - sum(agland homesite
acres)
2.
Adjust the acres
on all non homesite AG lines by multiplying the acres with the factor
calculated above.
3.
Adjust the acres
on Non homesite lines so that sum(agland acres) = legdat acres.

The
line having the max acres will get adjusted first.
●
If
two lines have the same acres then the line with low soil rate will be adjusted
first.
●
Homesite
Ag lines will not be adjusted.
NOTE: The specific fields
with permissible entries to be filled in or left blank are listed below.
Ignore fields that are not in the list next to the screens.

Enter IDLIST to run the

Parcel ID, enter the maximum Parcel ID associated with the parcels to include
in the report. If ID1 = zero, enter ZZ for all parcels. If ID1 = IDLIST,
enter the SETNAME of the IDLIST. 13. FCU:
Formatting
code. Keep the default printer setting that is present when the screen
appears. If blank, enter HPLP132. |
