FM403 – AGLAND UPDATE

FM403 adjusts the acres in AGLAND (FM11) to have their total equal the number of deeded acres currently in LEGDAT (AA12). FM403 accomplishes this in three steps:

1.                Calculate the factor based on the following formula:

Legdat acres - (sum of homesite acres from land)

sum(agland acres) - sum(agland homesite acres)

2.                Adjust the acres on all non homesite AG lines by multiplying the acres with the factor calculated above.

3.                Adjust the acres on Non homesite lines so that sum(agland acres) = legdat acres.

The line having the max acres will get adjusted first.

If two lines have the same acres then the line with low soil rate will be adjusted first.

Homesite Ag lines will not be adjusted.
