This report is reformatted as per
the New Format of DT FORM 105B ( REV. 10/07). The HM301OH will also produce a
flat file output that can be sent to a third party vendor to print the
homestead exemptions. The flat file will be located in the same folder as the
normal output file and will be called HM301OH.dat.
NOTE: The specific fields
with permissible entries to be filled in or left blank are listed below.
Ignore fields that are not in the list next to the screens.

1. Job: Report name should always appear
here. For example, HM301OH. 2. Server Name: Keep the server name
that first appears. 3. Printer_Name:
Select a valid
printer or keep the displayed printer if one is present. 4. Jurisdiction: Enter your jurisdiction. 5. Tax Year: Enter the current Tax Year. 6. Spool File Name: Enter HM301OH.LIS to create the file in text format. Enter
HM301OH.PDF if creating a pdf file. 9. ID1:
Enter the
minimum Parcel ID to include in the report or zero to include all parcels.
Enter IDLIST to run the report on a specific list of parcels. 10. ID2: If ID1 =
minimum Parcel ID, enter the maximum Parcel ID associated with the parcels to
include in the report. If ID1 = zero, enter ZZ for all parcels. If ID1
= IDLIST, enter the SETNAME of the IDLIST. 11. ALT1: Enter a
valid rolltype. 12. ALT2: Enter number
of copies. (1 is default). 13.
FCU: Formatting code. Enter “PDF” to print in PDF format.
Otherwise keep the default printer setting (HPLL232) that is present when the
screen appears. 14. WHERE STATEMENT: Enter Year
to display at top of the report. If no value is entered, Taxyr + 1 will be
displayed at top. 15. WHO: Enter "N" to not print the message in header.
Leave blank or enter “Y” to print message. 16. ORDER BY: 0 – parcel ID 1 – mail1,
mail2 2 –
distcode, own1, own2 3 –
own1,own2 4 – ZIP1, ZIP2 |

If this setup is in place the owner information at the bottom
of the application will be pulled from MAILDATMAX instead of OWNDATMAX. The
default setup is to pull the owner information from OWNDATMAX.
If the factor is 2, address information will be pulled from
AA12 (LEGDATMAX) instead of OWNDATMAX. If the switch does not exist, it will
still default to OWNDATMAX.
