HT120 – JURISDICTION-SPECIFIC RESULTS LETTERS

 

Letter format is defined on HT26 with required variables for which values come based on parameters entered on SY41. This report can also be run on-demand from HT16 for a queried parcel.

 

NOTE:  The specific fields with permissible entries to be filled in or left blank are listed below. Ignore fields that are not in the list next to the screens.

 1.    Job: Report name should always appear here. For example, HT120.

 2.    Server Name: Keep the server name that first appears.

 3.    Printer_Name: Select a valid printer or keep the displayed printer if one is present.

 4.    Jurisdiction: Enter your jurisdiction.

 5.    Tax Year: Enter the Tax Year.

 6.    Spool File Name: Enter HT120.LIS to create the file in text format.

 7.    Beginning Date: Enter starting date range.

 8.    Ending Date: Enter ending date range.

 9.    ID1: Enter the minimum Parcel ID to include in the report or zero to include all parcels. Enter IDLIST to run the report on a specific list of parcels.

 10. ID2: If ID1 = minimum Parcel ID, enter the maximum Parcel ID associated with the parcels to include in the report. If ID1 = zero, enter ZZ for all parcels. If ID1 = IDLIST, enter the SETNAME of the IDLIST.

 11. ALT1 SUBKEY: Enter subkey.

12. ALT2: Enter Y, N, or leave blank. If Y then header information set on SY11 is printed. If left blank or set to N then report is printed as before without header information.

 13. FCU: Formatting code. Keep the default printer setting that is present when the screen appears. If blank, enter HPLP132.

 17. PARAM1 HEARING TYPE: Enter hearing type. If blank, all hearing types will be processed.

 18. PARAM2 REPORT CODE: Report Code is the letter name to be printed from HTLETTER (HT26).

 19. PARAM3 ROLLTYPE: Enter a rolltype as on HT16 for a parcel (Optional).If blank, all rolltypes will be processed.

 20. PARAM4 VALCLASS: Enter a Valclass as on HT16 for a parcel (Optional). If blank, all valclasses will be processed.

 21. PARAM5 DISTRICT CODE: District Code as on HT16 for a parcel (Optional) If blank, all district codes will be processed.

 22. PARAM6 AO TYPE: Enter added omitted type.

 23. PARAM7 AO NUMBER: Enter added omitted number.

Press [Submit Job]. The system will notify you when the report is finished.

Header information is stored on SY11 (AEDIT) for tble = 'COUNTY'. Different entries are as follows:

 

Fld = 'DESCRIPTION'  for county name,

fld = 'ADDR1' for first address line,

fld = 'ADDR2' for second address line,

fld = 'PNONENO' for county phone #,

fld = 'FAXNO' for fax #.
