HT400 – Hearing Tracking End of Year Rollover

This program rolls
over parcels where HTPAR.HEARTYP= ‘S’ and HTPAR.HRSTATUS = ‘A’. As the parcels are rolled over to the new
tax year, the case numbers are updated and changed to the new schema. The
program then identifies parcels with an HTPAR record in the new tax year and
creates the BOE hearing record for that tax year for each of those parcels.
The case numbers for these parcels utilize the next sequential number. |
This rollover program rolls the
parcels associated records on HTPAR, HTVAL, HTNOTC, HTCCOM and HTDATES. The system administrator executes
this new program once a year during the rollover-processing period. |
