HT501MOSTL – BOE Decision Notice

NOTE: The specific fields with permissible entries to be filled in or left blank are listed below. Ignore fields that are not in the list next to the screens.

1. Job: Report name should always appear here. For example, HT501MOSTL. 2. Server Name: Keep the server name that first appears. 3. Printer_Name: Select a valid printer or keep the displayed printer if one is present. 4. Jurisdiction: Enter your jurisdiction. 5. Tax Year: Enter the old Tax Year. 6. Spool File Name: Enter HT501MOSTL.LIS to create the file in text format. 7. Beginning Date: Enter the beginning date. 8. Ending Date: Enter the ending date. 9. ID1: Enter the minimum Parcel ID to include in the report or zero to include all parcels. Enter IDLIST to run the report on a specific list of parcels. 10. ID2: If ID1 = minimum Parcel ID, enter the maximum Parcel ID associated with the parcels to include in the report. If ID1 = zero, enter ZZ for all parcels. If ID1 = IDLIST, enter the SETNAME of the IDLIST. 13. FCU: Formatting code. Keep the default printer setting that is present when the screen appears. If blank, enter DFLT. 14. WHERE_STMT: Enter the full path and filename to the chairman’s signature graphic file. Default is signature.tif. 17. PARAM1 HEARING TYPE: Enter hearing type. Default is B. 18. PARAM2 ROLLTYPE: Enter the rolltype. Default is REAL. 19. PARAM3 MAIL DATE: Enter Mail Date using format MM/DD/YYYY. Default is system date. 20. PARAM4 HEARING STATUS: Enter the hearing status code. Default is ALL. 21. PARAM5 PROCESS NAME: Enter the process name. Entry required. 22. PARAM6 RUN EXTRACT REPORT: If PARAM6 is set to Y the extract portion of the HT501MOSTL report will be run and the decision notice portion of the report will not be run. When PARAM6 is set to Y be sure that the FCU (print format) is set to NONE.
