1. Job: Report name should always appear
here. For example, MK127. 2. Server Name: Keep the server name
that first appears. 3. Printer_Name: Select
a valid printer or keep the displayed printer if one is present. 4. Jurisdiction: Enter your jurisdiction. 5. Tax Year: Enter the current Tax Year. 6. Spool File Name: Enter MK127.LIS to create the file in text format. 9. ID1:
Enter beginning parcel number. 10. ID2: Enter ending

FCU: Formatting
code. Keep the default printer setting that is present when the screen
appears. The FCU field
should be left blank or should be set to PDF if the user wants to generate a
PDF file for printing. 16. ORDER BY: Can sort by SORTKEY or parcel ID. If “SORTKEY” is entered,
report will sort by JUR, SORTKEY, CARD. If left blank , will sort by JUR, PARID, CARD. 17. PARAM1 COMP SHEET FORMAT: Format: The format that contains the tables,
fields, and headings of the report. These are set up in MK27. 18. PARAM2 COMPS ON COMPS: Put a Y in PARAM2 to pull the comparable from the SUBJCOMP_SALE
table (MK21 Sales History Mode). Leave PARAM2 blank or enter N to pull the
comparable from the SUBJCOMP table (MK21 - normal view). 19. PARAM3 ENCRYPT
PARCEL ID? (Y/N): Enter Y to encrypt the parcel ID. Leave PARAM3 blank
(default) to not encrypt the parcel ID. 20. PARAM4 ENCRYPTION CHARACTERS: Enter the encryption characters for the parcel ID. If your
parcel ID is 12345, you can put ABCDE and the MK127 output will print the
parcel ID's in an encrypted code. The default is to not encrypt the parcel ID. 21. PARAM5 LANDISC LOCATION: If you do not want to see the Landisc
image on the MK127 output, leave PARAM5 blank. If the Landisc
image viewer is not installed on the workstation that is running MK127,
images will not be included. If Landisc is installed
on the workstation, enter the location, including the full path and file
name, of the DBF file for LANDISC. For example, L:\COUNTYNAME\COUNTYNAME.DBF Note: There will also be a
"COUNTYNAME.JRF" file in the same directory as the ".DBF"
file. |

SY52 setup to
run MK127 from any CAMA screen that doesn’t have column CARD on it. Here, the CAMA screen set up to run MK127 is CA12.
