mk128 – comparable sales analysis
MK128 prints a comparison of
user-selected properties as they appear on MK51. The properties may be sold or
unsold. Any comp sheet format, created on MK27, can be used for the display. A
maximum of 5 comparable properties, identified by parcel ID and card number,
can be entered for a given subject on MK51. MK128 can be printed on demand from
MK51, as well as from SY41.
NOTE: The specific fields
with permissible entries to be filled in or left blank are listed below.
Ignore fields that are not in the list next to the screens.

1. Job: Report name should always appear
here. For example, MK128. 2. Server
Name: Keep the server name that first appears. 3. Printer_Name: Select a valid printer or keep the displayed printer if
one is present. 4.
Jurisdiction: Enter your
jurisdiction. 5. Tax Year: Enter the current Tax Year. 5. Spool File
Name: Enter
MK128.LIS to create the file in text format. 9. Begin Parcel Id or ‘IDLIST’: Enter the minimum Parcel ID to include in the report or
zero to include all parcels. Enter IDLIST to run the report on a
specific list of parcels. 10. End Parcel ID or Set Name: If ID1 = minimum
Parcel ID, enter the maximum Parcel ID associated with the parcels to include
in the report. If ID1 = zero, enter ZZ for all parcels. If ID1 = IDLIST,
enter the SETNAME of the IDLIST. 11. Format Name (eg.RES): Enter the grid format. If null, all formats will be
printed. The format is defined on MK27. 12. Grid # (eg. 1): Enter grid number. If null, all grids will be printed. The
grid number is a unique identifier for the set of comparables. 13. FCU: Formatting
code. Keep the default printer setting that is present when the screen
appears (HPL180). |
