pp306 – mailing labels

 

Note: This report will print labels for 920's, Non-intercounty, which has a file value of less than $10, 000. It will also print labels for 920EZ, Intercounty, which has a file value equal to or less than $10, 000.

 

You can print the labels to a dot matrix or laser printer by changing the print format. The report prints only a single column of labels (1 up labels).

 

NOTE:  The specific fields with permissible entries to be filled in or left blank are listed below. Ignore fields that are not in the list next to the screens.

 1.    Job: Report name should always appear here. For example, PP306.

 2.    Server Name: Keep the server name that first appears.

 3.    Printer_Name: Select a valid printer or keep the displayed printer if one is present.

 4.    Jurisdiction: Enter your jurisdiction.

 5.    Tax Year: Enter the current Tax Year.

 6.    Spool File Name: Enter PP306.LIS to create the file in text format.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 13. FCU: Formatting code. Keep the default printer setting that is present when the screen appears. If blank, enter “HPLP80” to print with a laser printer. Enter “COUPON88” to print a continuous label sheet. Both will produce a single column of labels.

 17. PARAM1 Parcel Type: Enter the valid parcel type. Blank is all parcel types.

 18. PARAM2 Sort Order: Enter 1 for parcel, 2 for owner name, 3 for zip order. Default is 1.

 19. PARAM3 County Flag: Enter I for intercounty, N for non-intercounty, A for both. A is default.

 20. PARAM4 DBA Name: Enter DBA or leave blank. In this case, DBA mean Doing Business As.
