NOTE: The specific fields
with permissible entries to be filled in or left blank are listed below.
Ignore fields that are not in the list next to the screens.

Figure 1. SY41 (TOP) |
1. Job: Report name should always appear
here. For example, PP400. 2. Server Name: Keep the server name that first appears. 3. Printer_Name: Select a valid printer or keep the displayed printer if
one is present. 4. Jurisdiction: Enter your
jurisdiction. 5. Tax Year: Enter the OLD Tax
Year. 6. Spool File Name: Enter
PP400.LIS to create the file in text format. 9. ID1:
Enter the minimum Parcel ID to include in the report or
zero to include all parcels. 10. ID2: If ID1 = minimum
Parcel ID, enter the maximum Parcel ID associated with the parcels to include
in the report. If ID1 = zero, enter ZZ for all parcels. 13.
FCU: Formatting code. Keep the default printer setting that is
present when the screen appears. If blank, enter HPLL132. 17. PARAM1 NEW TAX YEAR: Enter
the new tax year. 18. PARAM2 TABLES TO ROLL (PP/ALL): Entering PP or null will only roll the Personal Property
tables. Entering ALL will roll the
Personal Property tables as well as the AA and TX tables (i.e., AA11, AA13,
TX11, TX16). NOTE: If you do not put ALL in Param2, then the ASMT
table will not roll over for any personal property accounts. The AA400
program, which rolls the AA screens, will not roll ASMT for personal property
accounts; so if you need ASMT to be rolled for personal property then you
MUST put ALL in Param2. 19. PARAM3 ROLL MAILDAT? (Y/N): Default is Y. 19. PARAM4
ASSESSMENT FLAG CLEARED ON ROLLOVER? (Y/N):
Default is
N. |

Press
[Submit Job]. The system will notify you when the report is finished.
SETUP FOR PARAM4:
For every flag field
that you want to null out on ASMT there needs to be an entry in SYSFACT
(SY23). The entry in SYSFACT is as follows:
Ver = Base Ver from
AASYS (SY95)
Tble = ASMT
Calc
= AA400
Fact
= 1
FLAGxx is the actual flag number that you want to be nulled out. So if you want to null out flags 1 and 2 on
ASMT you would need two entries in SYSFACT: one for FLAG1 and one for FLAG2. If
PARAM4 = Y and those entries exist in SYSFACT, then those two fields will be nulled out during the rollover.
