Jurisdiction: Enter your jurisdiction.

Tax Year: Enter the Tax Year of bill to be printed.

Spool File: Enter the filename of the output file

Beginning Year: Select a date. Enter the starting business date of interest.

Ending Year: Select a date. Enter the ending business date of interest.

Starting Prior Year: Enter a prior year. The default is 0.

Ending Prior Year: Enter a prior year. The default is 9999.

FCU: Output format. PDF or NONE.  When creating the flat text file NONE must be entered here and the ‘.pdf’ must be removed from the file name or the flat file will not be created.

Distribution: Enter what distribution types the report will be organized by, these include:

· D for District

· A for Authority

· B for Both

· ALL

Tax Type: Enter what tax type to include:

· O for Original

· A for Adjustments

· P for Payments

· ALL
