ST400 – Generic Settlement Extract - Phase 1

NOTE for OHIO Clients: If you want the program to use BEGINNING DATE and ENDING DATE range of dates to process, then put 'Y' in ALT1 to speed up the process. You can also get the BEGINNING DATE and ENDING DATE dates by running a query to get the MIN and MAX BUSDATES.

NOTE:  The specific fields with permissible entries to be filled in or left blank are listed below. Ignore fields that are not in the list next to the screens.

 1.    Job: Report name should always appear here. For example, ST400.

 2.    Server Name: Keep the server name that first appears.

 3.    Printer_Name: Select a valid printer or keep the displayed printer if one is present.

 4.    Jurisdiction: Enter your jurisdiction.

 5.    Tax Year: Enter the currently active tax year (the old tax year).

 6.    Spool File Name: Enter ST400.LIS to create the file in text format.

 7.    Beginning Date: Enter beginning business date.

 8.    Ending Date: Enter ending business date. If Param4 is blank, this business date will be the business date in the STLGROUP table.

 9.    ID1:   Enter the minimum district code to include in the report or zero to include all codes. Enter IDLIST to run the report on a specific list of district codes.

 10. ID2: If ID1 = minimum district code, enter the maximum district codes. If ID1 = zero, enter ZZ for all district codes. If ID1 = IDLIST, enter the SETNAME of the IDLIST.

 11. ALT1: Enter “Y” to use date range specified in BEFOR and AFTE fields against ADJUST.BUSDATE. If blank, no date range is used.

 13. FCU: Formatting code. Keep the default printer setting that is present when the screen appears. If blank, enter HPLL132 or enter DFLT.

 17. PARAM1 ROLLTYPE: Enter a valid rolltype or leave blank to process all rolltypes defined in TEDUPLYR table.

 18. PARAM2 FREQUENCY:

         Frequency at which Settlements are being run. User should look in STLSCHED, STLDIST, or STLMOD tables for their particular type of frequency.

 19. PARAM3 PRIOR YEAR: Leave blank if you want to process all years for settlements.

 20. PARAM4 BUSINESS DATE (MM/DD/YYYY):

         Leave blank if processing for all unsettled record for the business date range. Enter a date if processing for a single business date.

21. PARAM5 UPDATE STLPARCEL (Y/N):

         Enter “Y” to update/create records in STLPARCEL table. Enter “N” or leave blank to avoid STLPARCEL.

         Note: STLPARCEL is a table that stores settlement data by parcel level.
