SY221 – OPERATOR TRANSACTION LISTING

 

This report counts all transactions by user ID and screen, and provides totals.  It also prints detail of parcel ID, and assessment values, if changed.

Set up for Group required on SY26.

NOTE:  The specific fields with permissible entries to be filled in or left blank are listed below. Ignore fields that are not in the list next to the screens.

 1.    Job: Report name should always appear here. For example, SY221.

 2.    Server Name: Keep the server name that first appears.

 3.    Printer_Name: Select a valid printer or keep the displayed printer if one is present.

 4.    Jurisdiction: Enter your jurisdiction.

 5.    Tax Year: Enter the current Tax Year.

 6.    Spool File Name: Enter SY221.LIS to create the file in text format.

 7.    Beginning Date: Enter start date "changes made" timeframe; if blank, will use system date.

 8.    Ending Date: Enter end date "changes made" timeframe; if blank, will use system date.

 9.    ID1: Enter the beginning parcel number; if blank, all parcels will be reviewed.

 10. ID2: Enter the ending parcel number; if blank, all parcels will be reviewed.

 13. FCU: Formatting code. Keep the default printer setting that is present when the screen appears. If blank, enter HPLL132.

 15. WHO: Enter a user ID, if the report is to be printed for only one user.  If one user is to be excluded, enter that user ID here, with “E” in PARAM2.

 17. PARAM1 GROUP NAME: Enter  the Group Name for list of audited columns, set up on SY26.

 18. PARAM2 “WHO" COMPARISON: Enter "E" or leave blank.  "E" excludes the user in WHO.  If blank, the report will audit the user in WHO, or audit all users if WHO is also blank.

 19. PARAM3 PRINT VALUE PAGE (A/S/C): Switch to print partial report. There are 3 sections: detail transaction count; summary transaction count; parcel/value detail.

          A (all) prints all 3 sections

          S (summary) prints summary transaction count only

          C (counts) prints detail and summary transaction counts but excludes parcel/value detail.
