TR321 - On Demand Reprint of Trim Notice after Addendum/Corrections

TR321- To reprint a Trim Notice- [Go To] TR03

TR03 provides the ability for the end user to recalculate a TRIM on demand after the appropriate CAMA, PP or Exemption data has been modified. The user selects [Calculate Values] and the corrected TRIM parcel is written to the Oracle table TRIM1 and TRIM2. There are two print programs available from which the end user may select.

TR304 is the Addendum/Correction TRIM Letter. (See [Print Letter] button on example above) TR304 has four separate options, which include ALL, REAL, PP or EXEMPTION letters

TR321 is the On Demand Corrected TRIM Notices. For batch reprints, see Document for TR320B.

To print a NEW trim notice:

1. Query the parcel: Use the query icon (or F7) to query the parcel

2. Report Stamp: Select from: Amended, Duplicate or None. This stamp will print in the center

top of the notice. None will be blank.

3. Save the record: Click on the [Save] icon or F10.

4. To Print: Select the [Print Notice] button.
